The property was fairly clean with very attentive staff. Beautifully designed hotel in a very central location in a residential area. Also - really close to South Africa, airport, and taxis.

The room was nicely decorated and brand-new, and had coffee & tea makers, refrigerators, and glassware. the location was very central, adjacent to upper Walmer, the beach, other restaurants, and South Africa.

the suite had coffee and netflix, facilities worked for us.

Would recommend for price/quality. The owner was excellent! The breakfast was delicious with lots of delicious options.

Celebrated New Year at a hotel and it was awesome! Had a great time with my loved ones who were treated like royalty. the owners were very attentive and caring, making sure we had a fantastic time. We were even driven privately to the nearby restaurant. the breakfast was amazing and had a lot of options to choose from. We particularly loved the special hot breakfast. the property was very well managed and the facilities were great, especially the attached spa. the key location near the airport made it easy for us to drop off our luggage and continue to enjoy Port Elizabeth.

The internet wasn't working for the first two days but it wasn't the hotel's fault. Telkom issues.

I had an amazing experience at this boutique hotel. From the moment I arrived, the owners, Gayle, Kevin, and Nicole, made me feel like I was coming home. the hotel itself is beautifully decorated, and the rooms are tastefully designed with clean and well-appointed bathrooms. the breakfast options were the best I've had in South Africa, and the facilities, including a gym and heated pool, were brilliant. the location is also fantastic, close to everything in central Walmer.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the location was very convenient, being very close to the airport which made it incredibly easy for us to stopover. We were impressed by the modern and comfortable rooms, as well as the luxurious bathroom. the service was top, notch, with staff always going out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Breakfast was also delicious and filling. the spa was a great addition, and we thoroughly enjoyed the full, body massage.

The hotel had a very family, friendly atmosphere, but at times, it made us feel like we were guests at someone's personal residence rather than a hotel.

The hotel was well-managed with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our Easter stay pleasant. The breakfast offered was amazing, with a range of great-tasting food. The hotel was also conveniently located close to the airport, which was a plus.

The family who run the hotel often occupied the common areas, making us feel like outsiders. kids' items were scattered all over, making the place feel more like a family home than a hotel.
